（2）具备有效的《安全生产许可证》；
（3）供应商为四川省省外施工企业的须提供二维码的《四川省省外施工、监理入川承揽业务信息录入证》或四川省省外建筑企业入川信息电子登记表。
（4）其他特殊条件：项目经理具备二级及以上建造师执业资格（任意专业）和水文地质、工程地质、环境地质中级及以上职称和有效安全生产考核合格证；项目技术负责人具备水文地质、工程地质、环境地质中级及以上职称；（说明：上述人员须是本单位人员，提供在职证明）
（5）本项目□允许/☑不允许联合体参加资格预审。
