项目 已 具 备招 标条件 ， 现 对 该 项 目 的 勘察 设计 进行 公 开 招 标。

2 、项目概况与招标范围 2.1 标段划分：设计两个标段，本次招标为二标段。

2.3 建设规模：建设高标准农田6万亩。
2.4 设计服务期限：设计60个日历天。
2.5 招标范围：本项目实施方案编制、初步设计、施工图设计、预算编制等工作（项目区现状图和项目区工程平面布置图均以实测地形图为工作底图进行编制，田块整治区域域测量精度不小于1：500，其余项目区域测量精度不小于1：2000）。
3 、投标人资格要求 3.1 本次招标投标人须具有独立法人资格（独立企业法人或事业单位法人）。
3.2 资质要求： 具备行政主管部门颁发的农林行业(农业综合开发生态工程)专业乙级及以上资质或水利行业设计丙级及以上资质。
3.3 业绩要求： 近3年（2020年01月01日至今）已完成或正在实施不少于1个类似项目。
类似项目是指农业类或者水利类设计业绩。
注：业绩时间以合同签订时间为准。
3.4 本次招标 不接受 联合体投标。
