项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的勘察设计进行公开招标。
2. 项目概况与招标范围 2.1 工程概况： 道路全长 47. 73 公里。
起点位于九里镇临江村九沙路与 S429 线 T 形交叉口，经临江村、兴阳村、兴胜村、高桥镇连峨村、回龙村、龙池镇桃源村，止于规划万坪 游客集散中心规划道路;项目分三段实施，第一段 K0+000 ~K24+400，第二段 K24+400~ K45+320，第三段 K45+320 ~ K47+730; 沥青混凝土路面。
项目起点至峨汉高速龙池湖大桥段(K0+000 ~K45+320)为三级公路，双向 2 车道，设计速度30km/h，路基宽度 7.5m(K0+000~ K5+600 段为九里镇原路利用段，路基宽度 8.5m);峨汉高速龙池湖大桥至项目止点段(K45+320 ~ K47+730)为二级公路，双向 4 车道，设计速度 40km/h，路基宽度 16m,长度 2.41km,长度占比 5.05%。
本项目共设置隧道 1200m/1 座，桥梁 1595.2m/16 座;其中大桥 883.1m/4 座，中小桥 712.1m/12 座，涵洞 160 道，平面交叉 40处;全线桥隧比 5.86%。
