第一章 招标公告（适用于公开招标） 广汉市城北片区棚户区改造项目监理 (项目名称)监理 / 标段 招标公告 1. 招标条件 1.1本招标项目 广汉市城北片区棚户区改造项目监理 (项目名称)已由 广汉市发展和改革局 (项目审批、核准或备案机关名称)以 广发改投【2022】64号 （批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为 广汉市弘正雒源建设发展 ， 建设资金来自 财政性资金及其他资金 （资金来源），项目出资比例为 100% ，
项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的监理进行公开招标。
1.2本招标项目由 广汉市发展和改革局 （核准机关名称）核准（招标事项核准文号为 广发改投【2022】64号 ）的招标组织形式为 委托招标 。
招标人选择的招标代理机构是 中锦军贤工程咨询集团 。
2. 项目概况与招标范围 2.1 建设
包括地下停车场、排水、燃气、电力等配套设施。
项目总投资：120000万元。
2.3 计划工期： 500日历天，自合同签订之日起至该项目缺陷责任期满。
2.4 招标范围：本工程施工过程中的监理服务，包括但不限于施工准备期、施工过程、施工延长期、缺陷责任期及工程质量保修期的监理服务。
2.5 标段划分：监理一个标段。
（说明本次招标项目的建设地点、规模及投资额、监理服务期限、招标范围、标段划分及标段投资额等）。
3. 投标人资格要求 3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备 3.1.1资质要求： 具有独立法人资格，具有建设行政主管部门颁发的房屋建筑工程监理甲级及以上资质 。
3.1.2业绩要求： ? 近年（ 2020年01月01日 至投标截止时间，不少于3年） 已完成 不少于 1 （1 至3个）个类似项目。
类似项目是指: 建筑面积不少于17万平方米的房屋建筑工程监理业绩 。
3.1.3总监理工程师的资格要求：具有全国注册监理工程师（专业： 房屋建筑工程 ）执业证书， 无业绩要求 （业绩要求），须为本单位人员（若为联合体投标，须为联合体牵头人人员）。
3.2本次招标 不接受 联合体投标。
