犍为县饮水质量提升示范项目（一期）初步设计 (项目名称)设计 初步设计 标段 招标公告 1. 招标条件 1.1本招标项目 犍为县饮水质量提升示范项目（一期）初步设计 (项目名称)已由 犍为县发展改革局 (项目审批、核准或备案机关名称)以 川投资备[2404-511123-04-01-423549]FGQB-0066号 （批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为 犍为县江诚水务发展 ， 建设资金来自 企业自筹 （资金来源），项目出资比例为 100% ，
项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的设计进行公开招标。
1.2本招标项目由 犍为县发展改革局 （核准机关名称）核准（招标事项核准文号为 川投资备[2404-511123-04-01-423549]FGQB-0066号 ）的招标组织形式为 委托招标 。
招标人选择的招标代理机构是 四川祥聚三江工程项目管理 。
2. 项目概况与招标范围 2.1 建设
（1）分质饮水工程:项目拟建设126座分质供水净水站，配套分质供水管网910km、分质供水设施设备及应急供水车;建设分质供水运维中心3000m2(其中新建700m2，改造提升 2300m2);新建灌装水车间1000m2，改造罐装水车间1400m2;(2)供水管网改造提升工程:本项目拟改造提升供水管网8km，其中DN300钢管 3km、DN500钢管 2km、DN600 钢管 3km。
2.3 招标范围：初步设计、初步设计概算编制及后续服务等。
（说明本次招标项目的建设地点、规模及投资额、设计服务期限、招标范围、标段划分及标段投资额等）。
3. 投标人资格要求 3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备 3.1.1资质要求： 具有国家建设行政主管部门颁发的工程设计市政行业乙级或以上设计资质 。
3.1.2业绩要求： ? 近年（ 2021年01月01日 至投标截止时间，不少于3年） 已完成或新承接或正在设计 不少于 1 （1 至3个）个类似项目。
类似项目是指: 市政类设计或初步设计业绩 。
3.1.3 3.2本次招标 不接受 联合体投标。
4. 技术成果经济补偿 本次招标对未中标人投标文件中的技术成果 不给予 经济补偿。
