normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1须具有 国家建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑装修装饰工程专业承包一级资质和国家建设行政主管部门颁发的电子与智能化工程专业承包一级资质；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2信誉要求：不存在投标人须知第1.4.3项规定的限制投标的情形；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的省外企业须提供在有效期内的四川省住房和城乡建设厅官网已公开的入川信息网页截图（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%'>3.1.4所有投标人应具有针对本标段的《成都市建设领域市场主体信用记录（评价）网络登记表》（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）、《成都市建设领域从业人员信用记录（评价）网络登记表》（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.5 拟派项目经理（项目负责人）具有建筑工程专业一级或以上注册建造师证书，须具备有效的安全生产考核合格B证，/（业绩要求），须为本单位人员（若为联合体投标，须为联合体牵头人人员）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.7类似工程业绩要求：
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近年（2020年01月01日至投标截止时间，不少于3年）已完成的项目共不少于1个类似工程业绩。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>类似工程业绩是指:单项合同金额不低于4000万元的公共建筑装饰（或装修）工程施工业绩（若为联合体投标的，类似工程业绩由牵头单位提供；若提供业绩为施工总承包(或工程总承包)合同中包含的公共建筑装饰（或装修）工程施工业绩的，施工总承包(或工程总承包)合同中公共建筑装修（或装饰）工程金额须不低干4000万元）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>联合体投标的，应满足下列要求：须具有建筑装修装饰工程专业承包一级资质的单位作为联合体牵头人。联合体成员（含联合体牵头人）家数须不超过3家。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>联合体需符合有关联合体投标的规定和要求，并提交了联合体协议，明确联合体牵头人和各方权利义务。

normal style='line-height:150%'>5．投标文件的递交
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2024年01月02日10时30分，招标人或其委托代理机构，以及已在投标截止时间前按规定上传投标文件的投标人，均应在开标当日投标截止时间前登录不见面开标系统（网址：www.cdggzy.com），录入相关人员姓名、电话等基本信息。投标人未按时登录不见面开标系统，错过开标解密时间的，由投标人自行承担不利后果。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投标人应在解密开始后30分钟内在线完成投标文件解密。投标文件未能在规定时间内成功解密的，视为投标人未在规定时间内提交投标文件，由投标人自行承担责任。不见面开标项目不接受投标人现场递交光盘等形式的投标文件，不接受投标人现场解密投标文件。
