aseline;line-height:28px\">③ 依法缴纳税收（2023年至今任意1个月的纳税证明）和社会保障资金（2023年至今任意1个月的社保缴纳证明）的相关材料；依法免税或不需要缴纳社保的，须提供相应的证明材料；

aseline;line-height:28px\">⑤ 参加本次采购活动前3年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；
