Bid by Agent is not accepted.D. 是否接受联合体投标：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE.未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available二、业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:（1）2014 年1 月1 日至投标截止日，投标人所投产品应具有至少两个合同（每个合同不低于7 台微波法测量原理的油中含水分析仪）的供货业绩（以合同签署时间为准）。（2）投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件至少包括：1）销售合同复印件（内容至少包括：合同首页、签字盖章页、签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称及数量、微波法测量原理技术要求） 和2）双方签字或盖章的到货验收材料（到货验收单或调试验收报告或使用方出具的有效证明文件）。（3）未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法满足上述要求的，均视为无效业绩。(1) From January 1, 2014 to the bidding deadline, bidders are required to havesupply performance for at least two contracts (each contract shall not be less than7 oil water content analyzers based on microwave measurement principles) for theproducts they bid for (based on the date of contract signing).(2) Bidders are required to submit performance forms in the prescribed formatand relevant performance certification documents. The performance certificationdocuments shall at least include: 1) a copy of the sales contract (including at leastthe contract front page, signature and seal page, signing time, manufacturer's name,goods name and quantity, microwave measurement principle and technical requirements),and 2) signed or stamped arrival acceptance materials (arrival acceptance form orcommissioning acceptance report or valid certification document issued by the user)by both parties.(3) Failure to submit performance proof documents, or failure to meet the aboverequirements with the provided performance proof documents, shall be deemed as invalidperformance.
