3、Qualification Requirements For BidderQualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).2）The Bidder shall provide the performance of not less than 3 sets of 300,000 t/a Basell Hostalen HDPE device slurry pumps from January 1, 2013 to the bidding deadline (subject to the Contract signing time), and the performance mentioned above shall have passed the performance assessment and been accepted for more than one year (subject to the issuance time of the performance assessment report). The scanned copy of the Contract and the User-Certified Performance Assessment Report shall be provided (including the first page, technical part and signature page of the Contract at least). Once the Contract could not reflect the above contents, other relevant valid supporting materials shall be provided, while the original documents shall be for reference.3）If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide the authorization letter of the slurry pump manufacturer. Only one agent is accepted for the bidding of the same brand and model products, and the authorization letter issued for this project (provide the scanned copy of the authorization letter) is not accepted.
