'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;line-height: 32px\">项目概况：在一商场一层北面墙修建宽2米的避难逃生专用通道，墙体0.20米，修建墙体面积约为175平方米,双面抹灰挂网,双面刮瓷粉，安装两道防火门；拆除原有的木地板与防火门并将防火门移位进行重新安装等，做好商场内商品维护。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">3.无违法、违纪、违约的不良记录和失信记录（在国家企业信用信息公示系统（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/）中未被列入严重违法失信企业名单（提供查询结果网页截图）；在“信用中国”网站（https://www.creditchina.gov.cn/）中未被列入失信被执行人名单（提供查询结果网页截图）；投标人及其法定代表人在近五年内没有行贿犯罪行为的，行贿犯罪行为的认定以中国裁判文书网上（http://wenshu.court.gov.cn/）中查询结果为准（提供查询结果网页截图））。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">1.本项目投标单位的资格条件在谈判时进行审查，投标单位在谈判投标文件中按邀请函的要求附上所有的资格证明文件，要求提供的复印件必须加盖单位公章，并在必要时提供原件备查。若提供的资格证明文件不全或不实，将导致其谈判或成交资格被取消。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">1.被邀请参加本次采购的投标人必须具备足够资产及能力来有效地履行合同的服务单位，不接受联合体投标。
