关于常年法律顾问服务单位的征集公告

为防范与化解公司经营活动涉及的法律风险，重庆国创投资管理有限公司及子公司重庆市国地资产经营管理有限公司（以下合称“公司”）拟启动2024-2026年度常年法律顾问服务单位选聘工作。法律顾问主要服务内容见附件一。

公司本着公平、公开原则，征集常年法律顾问意向服务单位，请有意向合作的律师事务所在报名期限内将《意向合作报名表》（见附件二）盖章后发送至联系人邮箱。

公司拟征集10家律师事务所进入本次选聘备选供应商名单。征集超过10家的，公司随时抽取10家进入备选供应商名单；若未征集到10家的，则全部进入采购备选供应商名单。未被抽中的和最终未中选的律师事务所作为未来合作意向单位。
