3、Qualification Requirements For BidderQualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).2）Bidders must provide sales performance of at least one set of 250000 tons/year or more LDPE/EVA device peroxide injection pump from 2018 until the bid deadline (based on the contract signing time). The performance must be the performance of the peroxide injection pump for the entire device, and valid scanned copies of the contract (including the contract homepage, technical section, and signature page) must be provided. If the contract cannot reflect the above content, other relevant valid supporting materials must be provided, and the original copies shall be kept for reference.3) If the bidder of this project is an agent, they must provide an authorization letter from the manufacturer.
