Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>根据设备系统性能测试结果，从全厂运行方式调整、检修维护、技术改造及管理等方面提出垃圾焚烧发电厂能效提升实施标准路径，并通过实施验证、确定能提升全厂设备安全、经济、稳定、环保运行，最终提交可复制、可推广至其他垃圾焚烧发电项目参照实施的《垃圾焚烧发电厂能效提升实施路径研究报告》，并共同撰写至少2篇论文，负责发表论文（论文期刊须与本课题专业类别一致或相近的正式学术刊物，被中国知网、万方、维普网其中一个网站收录）；负责编制至少1项专利申请文件材料。

Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投标人须是中华人民共和国境内注册的独立法人，具有独立订立合同的权利；（证明文件：投标人的《营业执照》复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子章）；
Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投标人应具有至少1个″有效业绩”，″有效业绩”应同时满足①-③项所有条件：
Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>①业绩内容:2015年8月1日至投标截止时间期间，完成节能降耗类或提质增效类或机组性能试验类相关业绩（提供的业绩须符合前述三项中的其中一项）。

Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>③合同签订时间：2015年8月1日至投标截止时间期间（以合同签订时间为准）。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>5）投标文件制作：投标文件应严格按照招标文件要求进行编制，文件大小应不超过500M。投标文件不支持PDF直接上传。法定代表人证明书、法定代表人授权书必须加盖投标人实体公章（法定代表人授权书需由法定代表人签字），投标人须将此文件扫描后放入WORD中进行上传，其他文件如无特殊要求可加盖本平台CA电子章。
