【★资格条件】二、业绩要求：（开标时需进行信息公开）1、2020年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有至少1个合同的含砂分析仪或含砂监测仪或出砂检测仪的供货业绩，且满足测量原理为声波式的技术要求。2、投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件至少包含：1）合同复印件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同首页、合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、货物名称及到货验收材料（至少包含：买方接收证明或调试验收证明或到货验收单或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料或″与合同或订单金额一致的所有增值税发票扫描件（如有清单须提供，须体现发票号；发票需包含合同号或物资名称，且与合同或单个订单一致）。”除发票外其他的到货验收材料至少应有合同甲方签字或盖章。）3、若合同为协议，除提供协议文本外，还应至少提供该协议对应的1个已完成订单的订单页和相应的到货验收材料，同一个年协合同下的订单视为1个业绩。4、如业绩合同买方与投标人及所投产品制造商之间具有关联关系（指与投标人及所投产品制造商为同一法人或具有控股关系），则上述合同业绩不接受。5、未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。6、其他要求：未按要求在开标阶段进行公开的资质、业绩信息，评标阶段不予认可。评标阶段只评审开标阶段已公开的资质、业绩内容，对在开标环节未公开的资质、业绩内容，即使投标文件中提供了也不认可并不再进行评审。1.
