Normal style='line-height:150%'>（1）公司用车服务，车型座位数≥45座共需9辆大巴车。
Normal style='line-height:150%'>（2）路线：1.[河源市区集散点]至[河源电厂]往返，单程约[35]公里；
Normal style='text-indent:60.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.[河源电厂]至[深圳南山、宝安]往返、单程约[200]公里。

5.1投标人须是中华人民共和国境内的独立企业法人或其他组织，且具有独立订立合同的资格.（证明文件：提供营业执照复印件，加盖投标人电子章或公章）

5.3投标人自2016年1月1日至投标截止日，具有年度用车服务合同业绩（提供合同复印件：包含服务内容、服务期、双方盖章等关键页）
5.4投标截止时间前，投标人未被列入信用中国网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）严重失信、经营异常名单（证明文件：投标人无需提供证明文件，以评标委员会在开标当日的″信用中国”网站查询结果为准）。

完成国E平台的登记手续后需及时联系招标代理，接招标代理通知或待深圳能源集团电子招标平台的状态更新为″通过”后，在深圳能源集团电子招标平台使用CA完成招标文件的获取。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>4）保证金保证金以电汇或保险（电子保函）形式在国E平台（www.ebidding.com）递交（详见项目专用篇），保证金默认原账号退回。
Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>5）投标文件制作：投标文件应严格按照招标文件要求进行编制，文件大小应不超过500M。投标文件不支持PDF直接上传。法定代表人证明书、法定代表人授权书必须加盖投标人公章（法定代表人授权书需由法定代表人签字），投标人须将此文件扫描后放入WORD中进行上传，其他文件如无特殊要求可加盖本平台CA电子章。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>7）开标：在开标时间各投标人通过″深能招标平台”进行线上开标，投标人需准备好数字证书（CA证书）、网络及电脑，在开标时间用CA解密标书。操作详见办事指南。投标人未在规定的投标截止时间前完成投标文件上传并签到，或未及时解密投标文件，或加密投标文件解密失败后未及时上传非加密投标文件，均视为投标人放弃投标。
